Membership Questions

The Astra Orbit Plan is $249 per year at the retail rate, or $149 per year for SPM Preferred members. Both include every benefit listed above — there are no hidden tiers or upgrades.

Twice a year. We schedule a cooling tune-up in spring and a heating tune-up in fall, and we’ll reach out to book each visit so you never have to keep track of the dates yourself.
