Membership Questions
The Astra Orbit Plan is $200/Year ($20/Month) for your first system and any additional system is $120/Year ($10/Month). Additional System Health Reports will be provided for each additional system.
Twice a year. We schedule a cooling tune-up in spring and a heating tune-up in fall, and we’ll reach out to book each visit so you never have to keep track of the dates yourself.
The health reports will be provided with each tune-up visit and will include everything inspected and performed as part of the tune-up. Our professional tune-ups include a 32 point inspection, depending on season, including water washing the condenser coil in the spring, electrical component readings vs ratings, and bi-annual drain line inspection to ensure your drain lines are flowing properly.
As a member, you get priority scheduling, no diagnostic fee during normal business hours, and 10% off the repair. If a replacement is ever needed, you’ll also get preferred pricing and a complimentary second opinion.
Yes. Your Astra Orbit membership is transferable to the new homeowners if you sell — a nice bonus when it’s time to list your property.
